I am taking this opportunity to let you know what my experience was like working with the Pinnaca team on our hardware refresh in our London store. From the get-go your team was nothing but professional. Nick reached out and confirmed exactly what was wanted/needed from your technical team to minimize surprises. Lo and behold we ran into issues with missing hardware (on our end) and Nick stepped in and coordinated the purchase of replacement receipt printer and cash drawer that were to be delivered overnight. The following day UPS showed up early and he once again jumped in and arranged with UPS for a re-delivery on the same day. He handled all the administrative tasks with aplomb allowing my team and Pinnaca’s tech team to concentrate on the job at hand. Vinay worked remotely with our tech lead on getting the EFT software and all the peripherals working. When he ran into some issues, he promptly researched and resolved them quickly.

Overall, the project went off smoothly and our shop opened on new hardware and everything working as it should. We will be upgrading our software in the next few months and will certainly use your services again. I have been around and worked with many Retail Pro partners from different countries and can easily say that my experience with Pinnaca has been one of the most enjoyable.
