Opening the first Tooth Club practice in 2020, they have quickly established a growing brand with a rapidly expanding network of accessible and affordable dental practices, treating around 30,000 clients in 10 locations across London and the South of England.

With extensive experience working with rapidly growing brands, Pinnaca were originally selected in 2020 to work with Tooth Club on their first practice in Ipswich. As their appointed technology partner, we conducted an initial consultation exercise to scope out the project, advise, influence and plan the design and build. Following this, Pinnaca project managed the procurement and installation of all IT requirements for the first practice.

Crucial to the success of the project was our ability to work closely with the onsite construction team. As a flexible and reactive partner our team quickly established an excellent relationship and adapted our approach to move at the required pace, working within timescales provided. From directing trades and advising on layout to problem solving and finding aesthetically suitable hardware, Pinnaca was on hand to manage, execute and deliver.

Working in the midst of lockdown there were staff and material supply challenges, however Pinnaca worked hard to ensure the project was delivered on brief, in time.

With an agreement to provide ongoing IT support, providing training as part of the handover and supporting the practice opening event, a truly collaborative and high energy partnership was formed..

Working together on the first practice cemented a solid ongoing partnership to support Tooth Club’s fast growth from 1 to 10 practices in just two years. Assisting their rapid expansion plans, Pinnaca takes complete responsibility for IT needs, solutions and support, which enables Tooth Club to concentrate on what they do best. With a now proven successful model of working, the team attend every new practice site survey, so they are on hand from the outset to advise and guide on all IT requirements. From cable locations to servers and wiring to hardware, projects are always delivered on time, no matter what it takes.

A truly collaborative partnership we take the stress away from Tooth Club, our proactive approach ensures we identify any potential issues before they arise and our fantastic project management team take complete ownership, chasing, reassuring and nudging relevant stakeholders when needed. Project managing with precision we always overcome hurdles and will find solutions to any challenges.

Tooth Club rely on Pinnaca to support them from start to finish and provide ongoing IT support to every practice. As part of this ongoing support, the support team run a detailed IT health check every quarter. This identifies areas of improvement relating to software, warranties, security issues or hardware.
